Kevin Rusack is a seasoned communicator and passionate mentor who has spent decades walking alongside thousands of adults and young leaders, helping them navigate life’s pivotal moments with clarity and confidence. A teacher at heart, Kevin has traveled the world training leaders, speaking into lives, and building up others with wisdom earned through decades of real-life experience and deep, personal faith. With over 30 years of experience teaching and guiding others, Kevin Rusack has dedicated his life to helping people grow into who they’re meant to be. Known for his authenticity, insight, and heart, Kevin brings a powerful presence to every room. He challenges others to reflect, grow, and live with purpose. Currently based in Fayetteville, Arkansas with his wife, Marla, and their three children, Kevin is an explorer in every sense. Curious, adventurous, and always on the move. Whether mountain biking trails, scaling rock walls, camping or fishing, he finds life and perspective in the wild. He’s also back in the classroom himself, pursuing his doctorate and modeling what it means to keep growing, no matter the season.
