Annie Perdue-Olson

Annie Perdue-Olson is a certified leadership coach and founder of Leading Better Together, where she partners with mission-driven leaders to clarify vision, align teams, and elevate impact. Her coaching is grounded in practical strategy and shaped by real-world leadership experience. With more than 25 years of hands-on leadership in nonprofit and small business settings, Annie specializes in facilitating strategic conversations that draw out individual and group strengths, helping leaders focus on what matters most. She’s known for distilling complexity into actionable steps, empowering others to lead with clarity and confidence. Annie holds a master’s degree in Leadership and is a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) through the Center for Coaching Excellence. She’s also a certified Working Genius Facilitator and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Administrator, using these tools to help people understand and apply their strengths more effectively. Outside of work, Annie is a proud mom and grandma who finds joy in fishing, traveling, and meaningful time with friends. Her life and leadership approach are both rooted in connection, purpose, and the belief that we’re better together.
